Global business experience from working with more than 90 organizations combined with a psychologist’s understanding of human behavior informs Brian’s approach to working with leaders. By engaging with leaders as partners, Brian comes alongside the executives he works with to help them build influence and lead high-performing teams. 

Having worked with more than 30 executive teams, Brian quickly finds credibility with his clients. He recognizes the challenges leaders are facing and works with leaders to quickly identify limiting mindsets that are standing in the way of results. 

Decades of coaching and corporate experience building organizational cultures as a top HR executive are the foundation of Jakob’s approach to coaching leaders, particularly those in high-tech industries facing immense change and rapid evolution. Jakob uses his natural curiosity and commitment to compassionate inquiry to engage with leaders and understand both the challenges they face and their aspirations. 

Drawing on his experience working in Fortune 500 corporations, software development, high-tech manufacturing, professional services, and biotech, Jakob brings a deep familiarity of the issues founders face to coaching engagements. He helps leaders discover and create their unique, personal paths to impact.  

David’s entrepreneurial spirit has shaped the practice of executive coaching for the better. As a leader and pioneer in executive coaching, David has worked with leaders at some of the largest global organizations across industries including tech, professional services, healthcare, financial services, and construction. He is known for quickly getting to impact and delivering value. 

As the co-founder of 7 Paths Forward, an organization for training coaches, David has shared experience with the executives he coaches. He has personal experience with growing a company and engaging with high-performing teams and high-potential leaders to achieve business goals. David embraces difficult conversations as part of the journey to growth and impact. 

Relationships are at the heart of Jill’s work. She is an experienced coach and expert in organizational design and development whose career has included in-house roles in large global organizations and consulting experience with Fortune 50 to family-owned businesses. From med tech to manufacturing to higher education to professional services, Jill works across industries to support executive and high potential leaders. As teaching faculty in executive education programs, Jill helps high potential and executive leaders discover their leadership strengths and build the skills to be well-rounded and effective leaders.

Jill’s sense of optimism and positivity is contagious as she helps founders facing daunting growth opportunities find the confidence and accountability to step into their potential.
